Kate is a letterpress and linoleum printmaker. Her art schooling has come in the form of continuing education classes, workshops, YouTube, and plenty of trial and error. She embraces both the vintage and modern forms of letterpress using antique lead type, as well as custom photopolymer plates made from her original art. She takes inspiration from flora, fauna, geometry, bold colors, and sarcasm.

Her art has been featured in Uppercase Magazine and is scheduled to appear in the gallery of the Yarmouth Historical Society in late summer, 2026.

Kate lives in midcoast Maine with her husband, son, and 3 cats. The surrounding woods host a parliament of barred owls, a smattering of racoons, and at least one bobcat.
